When dealing with the online renewal of inter-institutional agreem= ents (IIAs) and learning agreements (LAs,) you have definitely wondered: wh= at tool is my partner using. A new service developed by the EWP+ Consortium now unlocks this information= .
You might be curious if your partner is already connected to EWP a= nd what provider your partner is using. A newly developed service, the so c= alled =E2=80=9CEWP Stats Portal=E2=80=9D, unlocks the information of who is= using what tool/provider in a few clicks. Use the search func= tionality to find a partner by typing e.g. the name, erasmus code, city or = country and you=E2=80=99ll see immediately what tool is in use at your part= ner in the column =E2=80=9CEWP providers=E2=80=9D.
Or you might be aware that data exchanges with a given provider ar= e not yet working perfectly and if that=E2=80=99s the case you probably wan= t to focus on exchanging IIAs & LAs with other providers where exchange= s did prove successful. If you are looking for a complet= e list of all clients using a given provider, you use the filters option for =E2=80=9CEWP provider= s=E2=80=9D typing (part of) the name of the provider using the =E2=80=9Ccon= tains=E2=80=9D option. It results in a complete list of HEIs that use the g= iven provider. More filters are available.
The information in the EWP Stats Portal is coming directly from th= e only source of truth about EWP-connections: the EWP registry. The EWP reg= istry retrieves this information from the so-called manifest files made ava= ilable by each of the nodes in the EWP-network. The manifest files contain = machine-readable information about the system in use, processes covered (in= technical terms referred to as APIs) by each of the HEIs participating in = EWP=E2=80=A6 Those colleagues who are somewhat more technical oriente= d can also zoom into what versions of the API are supported by the partners= . When clicking the EWP details you get the list of APIs and versions of th= e API supported by the HEI. To be able to interpret those figures you can f= ind the latest version of the stable APIs indicated in green via https://developers.erasmuswithoutpaper.eu/= a>.
In the near future the EWP Stats Portal will b= e further enriched with data and statistics, eventually sharing data on how= the different nodes in the network operate.
