The email that coordinators receive is merely a notification and it is not necessary for the signing procedure. You will always be able to use the search and filter functionalities of the Erasmus Dashboard to find your student's OLA. In order to find it expeditiously, ask your student to tell you how their name appears on the OLA and the creation date of the document. If the student is an incoming student, you may also want to ask them for their HEI name and/or Erasmus code, to make the filtering on the platform easier.
