Past updates
Avoiding duplicate registrations
Use-case: Some IROs or academic coordinators use the registration page for HEIs to try and create their own personal staff account. To avoid this confusion, a pop-up will stop the registration process and explain the issue whenever somebody tries to register an HEI that is already in the system. See more information on the page on the registration to the Erasmus+ Dashboard.
Timeline: Mid-December
Re-reintroducing the direct url for OLA
Use-case: A link to a specific OLA can be shared among the colleagues who will be able to interact with the specific document directly upon login (no need for search/filter of the OLAs) as well as when receiving email notifications inviting to review the OLAs.
Timeline: Beginning of December
Deletion of OLAs
Use-case: Students can delete the OLAs that do not have signatures on the document. Sending HEI can delete their OLAs at any stage that will trigger a notification to the student and Receiving HEI, if they have already signed it. Receiving HEI cannot delete the OLAs where the HEI is indicated as the host HEI.
