In the different spaces and articles in this knowledge base you can find information on how to digitalise internationalisation processes at your Higher Education Institution. The main target groups for this knowledge base are staff members supporting student mobility both at Higher Education Institutions and at the National Agencies.

The aim of this knowledge base is to provide you with information to understand the different digitalisation components and support you in creating the pathway towards joining the digital ecosystem supporting student mobility. For this exercise it is important to start from the context at your own institution and the tool(s) that you use to manage Erasmus+ mobilities:

How to use this knowledge base?

There are separate spaces with targeted information on these specific digitalisation initiatives. Based on the picture above you should be able to identify what spaces are most relevant for you:

  • Erasmus Without Paper, with comprehensive information about Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) supporting you to digitalise your Erasmus+ management.

  • The Erasmus Dashboard, designed for institutions that are currently not using any digital solution to manage their Erasmus mobility management but also has some additional functionalities. The Erasmus Dashboard also includes information about OLA (Online Learning Agreement).

  • MyAcademicID, a groundbreaking initiative to create a single European student eID that facilitates students to login to academic services via their home university login.

  • Erasmus+ App, students' single point of entry into the Erasmus+ programme. The App will provide a broad range of information, tools and services to help students plan and carry out their exchange, supporting a first-rate mobility experience. It is also an important tool that can be used by universities to inform their students about different aspects of a mobility journey.
