If you are using no specific software to manage your mobilities, you will need to start using one to connect to the EWP network and start exchanging Inter-institutional Agreements (and later on students' Learning Agreements) with your partner institutions.

You will have to choose the software that best fits your and your institution's needs. The market offers an array of choices, but to accommodate institutions that lack the resources to invest in specific software, the EWP project (through EU funding) has developed the Erasmus Dashboard.

The Erasmus Dashboard (also known as the Erasmus Without Paper Dashboard) is available to all Higher Education Institutions in Europe and was designed specifically for institutions that are currently not using any digital solution to manage their Erasmus mobility management.

If you wish to know more about the Erasmus Dashboard and would like to understand whether it suits your needs, please head over to the Dashboard's Knowledge Base.

Already know the Dashboard?

If you already know and/or use the Dashboard, you can go to the Dashboard page instead.

Erasmus Dashboard

If your institution is already using the Erasmus Dashboard, you can use the EWP settings of the platform to connect to the EWP network.

Here you will find a step-by-step guide to activate the EWP connection.

Are you in the right place?

If you are using a 3rd part mobility tool or software developed in-house by your institution (or the consortium to which it belongs), go back to the start.

Commercial software

If you are using a 3rd party mobility software, either from a commercial developer or provided by the consortium to which your institution belongs, you will need to connect it to the EWP network to start exchanging Inter-institutional Agreements (and later on students' Learning Agreements) with your partner institutions.

If you are still considering different options and wish to know more about the Erasmus Dashboard to understand whether it suits your needs, please head over to the Dashboard's Knowledge Base.
